About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the client‑site management office for an 8‑month contract. Reporting to senior facilities staff, the role ensures first‑class service for tenants, clients, vendors, internal teams and visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, handling routine reports, correspondence and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate facility files, records and financial documentation in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support facility maintenance and service delivery.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office logistics, including space allocation and visitor management.

Required profile

  • Minimum two years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in record‑keeping.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to groups and internal departments.
