Finance Business Partner, Mobility Aftermarket Division

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will act as the controlling partner for the Mobility Aftermarket (MA) Division across the ASEAN region, based in Vietnam. You will support senior management with financial insight, risk monitoring and strategic decision‑making to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business reports, forecasts and KPI reviews for MA entities.
• Identify risks and opportunities, analyse deviations from targets and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate business cases, investment calculations and new business models, including digital services.
• Provide financial advice and scenario analysis to management and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement through automation, standardisation and digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CPE, GS, RO, etc.) on financial topics and benchmarking activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling or business partnering.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret cross‑functional data.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
