Finance Controlling Intern

About the role

Join Bosch HcP's controlling team as a Finance Controlling Intern. You will support the monthly reporting cycle, cost planning, and resource control while gaining hands‑on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly business reports, including schedule control, overhead cost analysis, IFRS16 compliance and material tracking.
• Support cost planning and controlling for the HSE department by updating material costs, reconciling overheads and reviewing purchase requests.
• Participate in resource controlling activities such as inventory and fixed‑asset stocktaking and asset labelling.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives, including digitalisation projects and workshop organization.
• Prepare presentation slides, marketplace materials and meeting minutes.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks as required by the controlling team.

Required profile

• 3rd‑ or 4th‑year student majoring in Finance, Accounting or Auditing.
• Fluent in English with basic communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate when working with numbers.
• Proactive learner, strong team player and willing to take initiative.
