Finance Manager

About the role

Air Liquide Vietnam seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, cash management, internal control and tax functions across its operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial performance and variance analysis, support budgeting, re‑forecasting and mid‑term planning.
• Manage investment processes, CAPEX reviews, asset reconciliation and write‑offs.
• Develop financing strategy, oversee project financing, improve cash position and working capital.
• Handle credit risk, monitor FX and energy exposures, and coordinate hedging with Treasury.
• Coordinate internal control activities, lead corrective actions and support regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison for insurance coverage, claims and updates.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with Vietnamese GAAP, IFRS and internal rules; oversee financial statement preparation.
• Manage relationships with statutory auditors and tax authorities, ensure tax compliance and handle tax audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management Control; CPA qualification highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including audit or tax advisory background.
• Proven interaction with statutory auditors, tax offices or external advisors.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
