Financial Control Specialist

About the role

The Financial Control Specialist will join the Financial Planning division of FPT Corporation, based at FPT Tower in Hanoi. This full‑time position focuses on ensuring the accuracy, compliance and efficiency of financial reporting across the Group’s member units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational control reviews for each member unit, evaluating compliance with Group regulations and performance standards.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the Group’s financial statements in line with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Identify control gaps, recommend improvements and support internal audit activities.
• Perform data reconciliation and large‑dataset analysis using advanced Excel functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and monitor internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in audit, internal control, accounting or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of VAS and financial statement consolidation principles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including large‑dataset handling and data reconciliation.
