Food Regulation Management – Vietnam Market

About the role

The Food Regulation Management position is responsible for ensuring that all Orion Food Vina products sold in Vietnam comply with local labeling and safety regulations. You will work closely with R&D, marketing and production teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredient lists, nutrition facts and other label content based on R&D formulations.
• Review and verify food additive usage levels to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Validate all label information before artwork approval and printing.
• Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders on labeling, safety and compliance matters.
• Monitor updates to Vietnam food safety laws and adjust internal processes accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
• Experience in regulatory, food safety or quality assurance roles, preferably with product self‑declaration and labeling.
• Understanding of Vietnam food safety laws, labeling standards and product specifications.
• Ability to draft and review standards and legal documents.
• Basic English communication skills; Korean language ability is a plus.
