About the role
The Footwear QA (QIP) In‑Charge is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout critical production stages and supporting pattern and material validation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality checks at critical stages (CS1, Pullover, MST) focusing on upper and component application.
- Verify material and pattern compatibility before assembly, especially for heel counter, collar lining, and toe puff.
- Detect and report quality risks early to prevent X‑ray failures, wrinkles, and lasting issues.
- Assist in pattern and material validation support activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear quality, development, or QIP teams.
- Strong understanding of upper construction, pattern adjustments, and critical materials.
- Ability to detect quality risks and report them clearly and promptly.
- Good communication skills for daily cross‑functional teamwork.
