General Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent General Accountant to join our finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and maintaining compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions accurately and reconcile general ledger and sub‑ledgers.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing processes within agreed timelines.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper accounting treatments.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including contract review and invoicing.
• Support working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports, tax filings and assist with tax audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience with financial reporting, tax compliance and audit support.
• Familiarity with FMCG, F&B, restaurant or logistics sectors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and VAS.
