Global Customer Support – Logistics System

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Global Customer Support professional to assist users of our logistics system across multiple regions. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer requests via email, website and phone from markets such as the US, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China and Turkey.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related problems quickly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers in different time zones, providing updates and guidance.
• Document all interactions, solutions and follow‑up actions in the support system.
• Participate in rotational shift schedules, including holidays, to guarantee 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Logical thinking and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and a commitment to long‑term employment.
