About the role

The Hub APMEA Graduate Trainee Program is a 12‑month structured development initiative designed to build a pipeline of high‑potential talent for Hitachi Energy Vietnam. Participants will rotate across core business functions, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to projects that support the company’s evolving energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to acquire a broad understanding of the business.
• Support engineering and project teams on real‑world assignments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
• Contribute ideas that promote diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (Engineering or non‑engineering) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Strong intercultural awareness and social competence.
• Mature personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective communicator with perseverance, drive, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
