Hardware Engineer – Chinese or Japanese required

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Hardware Engineer to join its Ho Chi Minh City software development centre. The role focuses on board‑level hardware design, component compatibility, and supporting production and validation activities. Fluency in English and either Japanese or Chinese is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into hardware specifications.
• Perform hardware design analysis and create detailed schematics.
• Conduct component‑level and product‑level compatibility studies.
• Coordinate product‑level EMC and reliability testing.
• Work with the plant to provide production support and handle engineering change requests.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and validation teams throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in board‑level hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, product lifecycle management, and automotive hardware (advantageous).
• Proficiency in English and Japanese or Chinese.
