Head Technician

About the role

The Head Technician will lead the technical operations of Textyle Asia's garment factories in Vietnam. This senior position ensures production plans are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards for woven outerwear.

Key responsibilities

• Rove assigned factories to monitor production flow and verify order progress.
• Check and follow up orders according to the production schedule.
• Manage and supervise local technical staff, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Review workloads of technicians and guarantee that product quality meets high‑level standards.
• Conduct weekly recap meetings to assess order status and address any issues.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in garment construction, pattern making, and technical development, especially with woven outerwear.
• Proven expertise in garment fit analysis and adjustments.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a technical team.
• Familiarity with industrial sewing techniques and machinery.
