About the role

The HR Business Partner will align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting line managers and contributing to the development of HR solutions that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

Conduct weekly meetings with assigned business units to understand needs and provide HR updates.
Consult line management, offering guidance on HR policies, talent management and employee relations.
Analyze HR trends and metrics in partnership with functional HR teams to design effective programs and policies.
Develop and implement solutions that address workforce challenges and improve employee experience.
Participate in resolving complex employee relations issues.

Required profile

University degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail sector.
Strong business acumen and ethical practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Self‑disciplined, able to work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
