HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping to shape people strategies that drive growth. In addition to core HRBP duties, the role leads organization‑development initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
• Lead and implement organization‑development projects, including talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Support commercial functions with tailored HR solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with solid HR Business Partner exposure.
• Experience supporting commercial functions is preferred.
• Exposure to organization development, talent management or learning & development is an advantage.
• Strong business partnering, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
