HR & GA Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

The HR & GA Manager will lead all Human Resources and General Affairs activities for a manufacturing operation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This position oversees talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and day‑to‑day administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR and GA policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and career development for manufacturing staff.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate general affairs functions such as facilities, security, and office services.
• Prepare HR metrics, reports, and budget forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor legislation and best HR practices.
