HR Supervisor

About the role
The company is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities. You will ensure that all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting processes and plans aligned with business needs.
- Fill all open positions within targeted timelines.
- Participate as a member of the interview panel and assess reference checks.
- Maintain a recruitment database of qualified and potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Support onboarding and coordinate training sessions in Hanoi during the initial period.
Required profile
- University or college degree.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including 2‑3 years in talent acquisition.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Required skills
- MOS Office
