HR Supervisor – Team Management & Mass Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our human resources team at our manufacturing facility in Gia Lai. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes, ensuring payroll compliance, and driving large‑scale recruitment for our garment and textile operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the HR team, set performance goals, and conduct regular meetings.
• Design, standardize and continuously improve end‑to‑end HR SOPs and management systems.
• Prepare monthly HR analytics and reports for senior management.
• Audit plant‑wide attendance, manage exceptions, and oversee accurate payroll calculation.
• Control HR‑related costs while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
• Plan and execute mass recruitment campaigns for factory workers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in garment, textile or other manufacturing settings.
• Proven experience in mass hiring and managing factory‑level HR functions.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
