HSE Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

The HSE Supervisor ensures that all factory operations comply with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and fire‑prevention regulations. The role is central to creating a safe workplace, reducing operational risks, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with HSE and fire‑prevention (PCCC) regulations throughout the plant.
• Develop and implement safe‑working procedures and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare and execute emergency response plans.
• Deliver training and communication programs to promote safety awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HSE, EHS or safety management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FMCG, chemical, consumer goods or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese safety regulations.
