HVAC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to lead a team of engineers and consultants in delivering HVAC projects on schedule and within budget. The role involves overseeing design, implementation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems for commercial and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary HVAC engineering team.
• Ensure project milestones are met while controlling costs.
• Develop and enforce engineering policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical trades to integrate systems.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and related trades.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Valid High‑Pressure Boiler Operator license and experience with emergency backup systems (generators, UPS).
• Proven track record of delivering complex HVAC projects.
