About the role
We are seeking an experienced IE / Lean Manager to lead Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across our Vietnam plants. The role focuses on resource optimisation, Lean transformation, continuous improvement, plant layout optimisation and manpower/space efficiency while coaching IE/Lean teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IE and Lean activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Optimise plant layout, manpower allocation and space utilisation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and Lean transformation programmes.
- Develop, mentor and coach a team of IE/Lean engineers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong recent experience (last 10 years) in Industrial Engineering or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven background in a large‑scale or multinational manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading or developing IE/Lean engineering teams.
- Expertise in plant layout, manpower and workflow design.
