Import-Export Operator – Female

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Import‑Export Operator to join our logistics team. The candidate will handle documentation, financial reconciliation and daily shipment reporting for sea, air and road freight.

Key responsibilities

• Issue debit/credit notes to customers or overseas agents based on quotations.
• Prepare and send weekly and monthly statements of account (SOA) to clients on schedule.
• Enter accounts receivable/payable data for each shipment into the forwarding system and the client’s system.
• Generate daily shipment reports covering sea, air and truck movements.
• Analyse revenue, cost and profit/loss for each shipment and support pricing decisions.

Required profile

• Female, 22‑28 years old.
• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and basic import‑export procedures for sea and air shipments.
• Experience with a variety of import markets, especially Asia, the United States and Europe.
