Import-Export Staff / Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

About the role

We are looking for an Import‑Export Staff member to support our international trade operations. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare export and import merchandise documents.
• Contact forwarders or carriers to book shipments and confirm vessel arrival times.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of customs regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Male or female, under 29 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, foreign trade or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar import‑export position.
• English proficiency with TOEIC score of 400 or higher.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in warehouse accounting or liquidity reporting is a plus.
