Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will oversee and optimise inventory levels of materials, supplies and equipment required for our oil & gas operations. You will ensure that sufficient stock is available to support production while minimising excess and related costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory processes, including receipt, inspection, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor supplier performance to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyse inventory data, forecast demand and recommend adjustments to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and logistics teams to align inventory with operational schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management software and generate regular reports for senior management.

Required profile

• University or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• Professional qualification in logistics, warehouse or maintenance operations.
• Fluent English for business communication.
• At least 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in production or shore‑base operations.
• Knowledge of offshore facility maintenance and inventory control best practices.
