About the role

The Investigation Manager will lead and oversee investigations into financial crimes, fraud, misconduct and other violations. The role safeguards customer and company interests while ensuring compliance with group policies, standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

Plan, conduct and supervise investigations of suspected fraud and financial misconduct.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to senior management.
Coordinate with internal audit, legal and compliance teams to ensure thorough follow‑up.
Monitor adherence to group policies, local laws and regulatory requirements.
Develop and improve investigation procedures and best practices.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Banking or a related field.
Relevant certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner is a plus.
Experience in fraud investigation, audit compliance or related investigative functions.
