IT Admin Intern – Service Desk & Procurement Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Admin Intern to join the Bosch HcP team in An Phuoc Commune. The role offers a hands‑on introduction to IT service desk operations, inventory management and procurement support within a multinational manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the Service Desk, handling service requests and incidents related to IT accessories, printing, barcode scanners and communication equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory, ensuring data quality, 5S compliance and safety tracking.
• Assist the procurement process from request consolidation to purchase order follow‑up and goods receipt (MIGO), and generate cost‑tracking reports.
• Prepare user guides, work instructions, manuals and knowledge articles, and support data preparation for operational reports.
• Contribute to ICO events such as birthdays, team‑building activities, roadshows, exhibitions and training sessions.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a university program in English, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong English communication and writing abilities.
• Well‑organized, responsible, disciplined and with high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
