IT Application Staff

About the role

This position supports the analysis, operation, testing, deployment and continuous improvement of business applications, internal digital solutions, integrations and automation assigned by the Company. Acting as the first‑line contact between end users and technical teams, the role ensures smooth incident handling and enhancement delivery while contributing to documentation and training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, operate, test and deploy business applications and internal digital solutions.
• Handle user incidents, service requests and enhancement tickets as the primary point of contact.
• Support business analysis, create test cases, and assist with user training and documentation.
• Perform standard configuration, data queries and routine maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate with technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in application support or system administration.
• Basic programming knowledge in at least one language (C, C++, C#, Java, Python or JavaScript) with the ability to read existing code.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
