IT Engineer

About the role

Huawei Vietnam is looking for an IT Engineer to join its Hanoi office. You will work on implementing and supporting Huawei storage, virtualization and server solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Huawei enterprise storage devices, backup, disaster‑recovery and data‑migration solutions.
• Install and configure virtualization platforms, cloud storage and computing tools.
• Set up and maintain rack, blade and high‑density servers, including associated management software.
• Coordinate project implementation with partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and server environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication, Network Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to install, operate and maintain monitoring and management systems.
• Strong network‑level support skills, including configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Team player capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
