About the role

This 6‑month internship with Bosch Group’s Global Software Technologies unit supports a fast‑growing product organization that powers a workflow platform used by over 500,000 users worldwide. The role is designed as a hands‑on training experience for candidates interested in Project Operations, Leadership Operations, or Executive Assistance, with the possibility of conversion to a full‑time position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise meeting scheduling, ensuring the right participants, frequency and purpose.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, track actions and follow‑up on deliverables.
• Monitor milestones and coordinate stakeholder communication across two global product teams.
• Provide structured administrative support that can evolve into higher‑level operational and communication tasks.

Required skills
