IT Service Manager – Head Office & Store Network

About the role

The IT Service Manager will lead and optimise IT service operations for the head office and a nationwide network of stores and pharmacies. This role ensures that IT infrastructure, business systems and end‑user support are reliable, efficient and aligned with the company’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT service delivery across the head office and all retail locations.
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and communication systems.
• Ensure service availability, operational efficiency and standardised IT processes.
• Lead the IT deployment for new store openings, coordinating hardware, software and connectivity requirements.
• Provide end‑user support and resolve incidents to maintain high user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management within medium‑to‑large organisations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role with direct people‑management responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience managing IT infrastructure in a complex, multi‑site environment.
