About the role

We are looking for a seasoned General Accountant to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on costing, inventory control, and financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage costing, inventory, and financial analysis activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze costs, variances, and profitability.
• Support pricing, quotation, and budgeting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments.
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and guide accounting team members when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good English communication ability.
