About the role
The KAM Manager – Vietnam will drive BIC’s growth with modern retail customers, focusing on convenience stores and minimarts. You will shape customer strategies, lead joint business planning and ensure profitable sales execution across the channel.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate business with assigned modern retail accounts, especially CVS and minimart chains.
- Develop and own customer strategies, joint business plans and commercial negotiations.
- Manage sales delivery, profitability, assortment, distribution and promotional activities.
- Coordinate in‑store execution and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of sales or key account experience in FMCG, managing modern retail customers in Vietnam.
- Proven track record in non‑food consumer goods categories.
- Hands‑on experience with CVS and minimart customers, preferably with WinMart+, Bach Hoa Xanh, Circle K or GS25.
- Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth.
