Key Account Manager – PMT

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the PMT (Project Management Team) at our Long An facility. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end projects for international customers, from quotation through product development and sampling, while ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle project quotations, product development, and sampling based on customer specifications after receiving training.
• Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, logistics) to execute orders and monitor progress for on‑time delivery.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, supported by the headquarters in Germany.
• Track project milestones, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Proven experience working with international customers and business partners.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with a positive mindset.
• Experience in OEM manufacturing, printing technologies, or related packaging sectors is an advantage.
