Korean Project Manager / IT Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Korean‑speaking Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the IT delivery team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, tracking progress, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating communication.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Organise and lead project ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, weekly syncs, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor team performance, balance workloads and assess capacity.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• TOPIK 5+ Korean proficiency (written and spoken).
• Business‑level English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Product Owner in the IT sector.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
