Lead AI Engineer – Joining Bonus

About the role

Lead AI Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI/ML solutions, including computer vision, generative AI, and predictive analytics, for Bosch’s software products in Ho Chi Minh City. The role includes a Q4 joining bonus equivalent to one month’s gross salary.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models across computer vision, Generative AI, NLP and predictive analytics.
• Lead full lifecycle of AI projects from data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, deployment to monitoring.
• Own technical architecture for AI components within larger engineering applications.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering and model validation to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Implement MLOps practices, including version control, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure quality.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems.
• Proven experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and MLOps.
• Experience leading technical topics and mentoring junior team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics or related field.

Required skills

• Python programming.

• Computer vision (OpenCV) and image processing.
• Natural Language Processing and Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DB).
