Lean Manufacturing & Document Control Internship

About the role

Join Bosch HcP’s production site in Ho Chi Minh City as a Lean Manufacturing and Document Control Intern. You will support both document control processes and lean manufacturing initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing document control procedures and daily document management tasks.
• Support 5S activities in the archiving room and across the plant.
• Help prepare training materials, documentation, and project work for Lean Manufacturing (BPS) initiatives.
• Provide system administration and notifications for 5S and Suggestion Scheme activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by managers or supervisors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student majoring in Technical, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive, disciplined and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate (a plus).
