Legal Executive – Intellectual Property

About the role

Crossian Vietnam is a fast‑growing tech‑driven e‑commerce company seeking a Legal Executive specialized in Intellectual Property. The role will support the company’s rapid expansion by managing IP assets, ensuring compliance, and providing legal advice to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s portfolio of trademarks, patents, industrial designs and copyrights.
• Conduct IP searches, filings and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Provide legal consultation on IP matters to product, marketing and engineering teams.
• Draft and review contracts, licensing agreements and other legal documents.
• Stay updated on Vietnamese IP law and advise on risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher, preferably from a law or law‑economics program.
• 2–5+ years of overall legal experience, with at least 2 years of hands‑on IP work (in‑house or law firm).
• Strong understanding of trademark, industrial design, patent and copyright fundamentals.

Required skills

• Legal research and drafting.
• IP filing and prosecution.
• Contract negotiation and review.
