About the role

The Legal Team Leader will oversee all legal matters for Yamaha Motor Parts Manufacturing Vietnam, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese law and corporate standards. This role combines strategic legal guidance with hands‑on contract management in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the legal aspects of the company, providing advice to senior management.
• Draft, review, and control the legality of all company documents and contracts.
• Research and continuously update relevant laws, decrees, and circulars affecting the business.
• Ensure that all internal processes and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Support the company’s lean initiatives by integrating legal risk management.

Required profile

• Under 35 years old, male or female.
• University degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Team Leader.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing or factory settings.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and investment law.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and good English communication skills.
