About the role

Apolat Legal is a full‑service commercial law firm operating in Vietnam. The firm seeks a Litigation Senior Associate to deliver high‑quality, internationally‑standard legal advice and manage dispute resolution matters for its corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Manage litigation and arbitration cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute matters.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Valid lawyer’s practice certificate.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution within a law firm or comparable legal environment.
Strong understanding of court and arbitration procedures.
