About the role

This internship supports Bosch's logistics finance team by verifying invoice content and ensuring timely payment processing. You will work on monthly billing reports and data maintenance while gaining exposure to supply chain finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify logistics invoice content for factual accuracy and price compliance.
• Process invoices for on‑time payment.
• Maintain monthly billing reports for domestic transport and warehousing.
• Update master data in relevant systems each month.
• Prepare ad‑hoc monthly reports as requested by the supervisor.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about learning and professional development.
