Logistics Intern – Import/Export Support

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s logistics team in Ho Chi Minh City as a Logistics Intern. You will support daily import‑export operations, gaining hands‑on experience in customs documentation, database management, and shipment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documents required for customs clearance of imported goods.
• Record and update the import‑export database to ensure data accuracy.
• Book shipments, package goods, and compile export documentation.
• Follow up on domestic purchase orders and receive incoming goods.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year student majoring in Logistics, Transportation, International Economics or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Full‑time availability (minimum 4 days per week) and good English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, strong communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.
