Logistics Quality & Packaging Specialist

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Logistics Quality & Packaging Specialist to support its high‑tech belt assembly plant in Long Thanh. You will be responsible for improving material flow, ensuring logistic quality, and driving continuous improvement projects within the production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise logistic material flow using Value Stream Design (VSD) and problem‑solving techniques.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to enhance logistic quality and update Bosch Production System (BPS) processes.
• Manage document‑control activities and support logistic audit processes.
• Lead improvement projects (System‑CIP), prepare training, and stabilise processes before hand‑over to line organisations.
• Promote and support 5S, 14Q and other continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update LOG Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Design (VSD).
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or logistics‑process management.
• Effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Basic problem‑solving abilities and familiarity with quality management systems.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency with SAP.
