Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse)

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead warehouse operations at Molex's new factory, ensuring smooth supply‑chain flow, timely material deliveries, and optimal inventory control. This onsite position works closely with production, procurement and quality teams to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to guarantee on‑time delivery of components.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Customs, or International Trade.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics management with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Strong communication abilities in Vietnamese and English.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and trade processes.
