Manager, Bancassurance Compensation

About the role

The Manager, Bancassurance Compensation will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of sales compensation programmes, contests and campaigns for FWD Vietnam Life Insurance. The role works closely with sales, actuarial, IT, operations, legal, risk and compliance teams to drive new business production and improve key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute core sales compensation structures and incentive contests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse compensation data, produce performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the compensation budget and ensure cost‑effectiveness of programmes.
• Support the sales force with clear communication of incentive plans and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Auditing, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in distribution or insurance operations.
• Professional qualification or certificate in life insurance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business stories.
