About the role

The Manager – Digital Platform & Integration will lead the development and governance of digital platforms, system integration and data exchange capabilities that support business growth and deliver seamless customer experiences. Acting as a bridge between business units, technology teams and external partners, the role ensures scalable, reliable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage digital platforms that enable partnership distribution.
• Oversee API development, integration projects and data exchange across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, technology or transformation roles.
• Experience in banking or insurance is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
