Manager - Tax Technology & Digital Transformation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead tax technology, automation and data initiatives. You will work closely with clients to translate business challenges into practical, user‑friendly digital solutions that modernise tax and finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end tax technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax and finance pain points and design effective solutions.
• Coordinate with tax, finance and technology teams to ensure quality delivery and clear communication.
• Support team development, business growth and innovation in tax technology services.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in tax, finance, consulting, technology, data analytics, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn client needs into workable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, automation and continuous improvement.
