Manufacturing Admin Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Admin Intern to support daily operations on the production floor of Bosch’s HcP plant in Vietnam. The role offers hands‑on exposure to manufacturing processes, data handling and cross‑functional teamwork in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of the floor.
• Assist with documentation control and maintain accurate records.
• Collect production data, generate reports and respond to engineers’ requests.
• Participate in experimental tests alongside engineers on the shop floor.
• Provide simple administrative support to engineering teams.
• Undertake additional tasks based on performance and project needs.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work in an international, culturally diverse setting.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, proactive, patient and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
