About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Manufacturing Technical Training Intern, supporting English training activities and digital transformation projects within the production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support English training activities for instructors.
• Assist digital transformation projects in training, including AI, e‑learning, and digital tools.
• Develop training materials and lesson plans.
• Support working culture initiatives and learning activities.
• Conduct training record audits and verify data.
• Provide assistance to Training Officers and Group Leaders.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year student in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Proactive, cooperative, flexible and adaptable.
• Passion for training, development and continuous improvement.
