Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy for Aurora International School of The Arts. You will shape brand perception, drive enrollment growth, and support new program launches in a vibrant educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set marketing goals based on historical performance and market forecasts.
• Oversee existing program promotion and design initiatives for new courses and services.
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing, and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create detailed multi‑channel plans, including digital, print and event marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Understanding of early childhood education and traditional culture is a plus.
