Mechanical Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Engineer will develop and deliver mechanical engineering outputs for assigned projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, company standards, schedule and quality objectives. The role involves performing engineering calculations, selecting appropriate equipment, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed mechanical designs and calculations for project deliverables.
• Select and specify equipment and components in line with project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
• Support project planning by providing accurate estimates of material, time and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of post‑graduate experience in an engineering consulting environment.
• Proven design experience with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under project deadlines.
