About the role

The MT Operations Manager will ensure continuous product availability across modern trade channels, overseeing in‑store execution and driving sales performance. You will lead a team of Sales Representatives and Supervisors, fostering productivity and growth.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee no out‑of‑stock situations by managing inventory, purchase orders and merchandising.
Oversee in‑store promotions, merchandising standards and point‑of‑sale issue resolution.
Recruit, train, evaluate and develop Sales Representatives and Sales Supervisors.
Collaborate with supermarket chains to align on sales KPIs and promotional activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or ASM roles within the Modern Trade channel.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong operational mindset, logical thinking and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.

Required skills

Microsoft Office.
